Polyfunctional building
Michna, Patrik ; Pospíšil, Jaroslav (referee) ; Fuciman, Ondřej (advisor)
The assignment of my diploma thesis was to design a polyfunctional building. Function of the building is based on the requirements of the Land Use Plan Brno, cadastral zone Židenice. The aim of the design was to improve the quality of public space in the area by creating parks, urban parterre with services, parking and by bringing missing features to the area. The building is located in the centre of the plot. The main facade is oriented to the main street. Design creates new parking on the ground and in the underground garage. On the first floor are rentable spaces for commerce and services. At 2nd and 3rd floor are open space offices with the possibility of spatial variability solutions. Architectural expression of the building is simple, consisting as a compact mass with parterre subsided, useful in terms of energetical sustainability. The facade of the building is made as a combination of a transparent double skin facade and opaque ventilated facade with fibre cement panels. Structural system is a precast concrete frame with a cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear core. Foundation is made as a reinforced concrete pads and strips. Ceiling is made of a precast prestressed hollow core slabs.
LD Seating production hall - construction technology project
Jůzl, Martin ; Dvořák, Miloslav (referee) ; Biely, Boris (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project on the production and assembly hall LD Seating in Boskovice u Brna. The solution is influenced by the existing hall in the area of the investor, where there will be a future new building. Based on this fact, the appropriate measures are chosen. The project puts emphasis on the off-road transport and the technological process of assembly of the prefabricated reinforced concrete hall, which will be solved from the financial and time point of view. The workflow will be affected by machine assembly, site facilities, and wider transport relationships. The project also solves the concept of the whole issue as a whole. All building objects are taken into account. Based on this, an object schedule and budget are developed.
Resort Orlík
Pavelka, Šimon Václav ; Utíkal, Aleš (referee) ; Utíkalová, Ivana (advisor)
The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for construction of the Orlík Resort. The buildings are detached and are set in a slightly sloping terrain in the cadastral area Kožlí u Orlíka. The main building has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. In the basement, there is a utility room for the whole building and warehouse. Furthermore, the hall is divided into a section for men and a section for women. In these sections, visitors have a dressing room with cabins with showers and toilets. Then there will be a choice of two exercise halls, two massage rooms or a large gym area. On the ground floor, the building is entered via lee to the vestibule and into the spacious hall. In the entrance, there is a reception with storage area and a room with a kitchenette and toilet. The building is also accessible via a second staircase and large glass sliding windows. There is a conference room with adjustable size, a social hall, warehouses, toilets for women and men as well as an office. For employees there is a day room with kitchenette, changing rooms and showers separate for men and women. The upper floor contains two terraces. These are green roofs, where one is partially fitted with tiles, and there is a recognized reinforced concrete skeleton. There is a cleaning room on each floor. There are also processed two apartment houses, illuminated by roof skylights, which are on the plot four times. All buildings are designed from the reinforced concrete skeleton with lined sandstone blocks. The ceilings are made of prestressed hollow panels, and the roofs are green. Apartment house No. 1 is symmetrical and contains two apartments. There is a storage room, lee, vestibule, utility room, toilet, room, bedroom and a large kitchen with living room and terrace access. The large bathroom has a bathtub, glass shower and one sliding door that closes the room with urinal or toilet. Apartment house No. 2 is divided into three apartment
Static analysis of precast hall
Juda, Jan ; Bažant, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on static solution of precast reinforced concrete. Specifically, the cross-sectional connection of the hall, which consists of square columns and a pre-prestressed I-profile truss, is solved here. The load on the structure is transferred to the subsoil by reinforced concrete pavements, which have not been solved in the bachelor thesis. The content of bachelor thesis is based on the dimensioning of individual elements of the transverse bond according to ČSN EN 1992-1-1. These elements are dimensioned to the ultimate load condition. Drawings of the structure, shapes and reinforcement of individual parts are processed in the drawing part.

Spatial reinforced concrete frame of an industrial building
Matěják, Jan ; Laníková, Ivana (referee) ; Šimůnek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with design of selected precast elements of a prefabricated hall. Single-nave storage hall is formed by transverse frames. The elements include main roof girder designed in two variants. The first variant is considered to be made of reinforced concrete. The second variant is designed from prestressed concrete. Other designed elements are a pair of columns carrying the girder and pocket foundations. The elements were designed according to the ČSN EN 1991-1-1. The output from this bachelor thesis are structural design reviews and drawings of selected parts (formwork and reinforcement).
Assembly hall for jet aircraft with offices
Fogl, Martin ; Vaněk, Vojtěch (referee) ; Pěnčík, Jan (advisor)
The task of this thesis is to design a new jet aircraft assembly hall including a three-storey administrative building with a partial basement and to prepare project documentation for the construction phase. The building is located on flat terrain in an industrial area with a non-public airport near the village of Odolena voda in the Prague – East district. The design respects the surrounding development and all binding documents, in particular the municipality's master plan and the airport's regulatory areas. The assembly areas are divided into three parts, where the individual work operations during the assembly of the aircraft fuselages take place, namely the assembly workplace, gluing of overlays and charging of ejection seats. The administration building is divided into areas for production staff facilities, a multifunctional room with a showroom, building technology facilities, office areas and food preparation with a canteen. The building as a whole corresponds to the current trends in construction with its layout and material proportions. For CC-Aircraft a. s. this construction will not only be a new headquarters for management, development and production, but also a business card for new customers. The foundation on large-diameter piles guarantees a reliable system for transferring static and dynamic loads to the load-bearing soil layers. The load-bearing skeletal structural system of precast reinforced concrete elements ensures fast and efficient construction. Together with lightweight cladding with system thermal insulation panels or a ventilated facade with aerated aerated concrete infill masonry and a single-skin vegetated roof, they reduce the energy consumption of the building and create maximum thermal comfort inside.
